Attack Theatre's The Dirty Ball is back for it’s fourth year – and promises more filthy frivolity as Attack Theatre takes Pittsburgh's performance nightlife by storm with an outrageous and fabulously fun event. The evening features titillating Attack Theatre performances, salacious sounds by DJ Soy Sos and Justin Hopper, luscious libations from Pinnacle Vodka, Barefoot Wine, and Yuengling, irreverant art installations by Dr. Sketchy and CMU's Entertainment Technology Center, and of course, dirty dancing all night long.
Tickets
$50 general admission (advance), $60 at the door (if available)
$100 Velvet Lounge Access (designed by Richard Parsakian, the Velvet Lounge is a party within a party that features a private bar, cushy couches and greater hob-nob-ability)
$250 Dirty Donor Reception from 6:30 - 8pm (includes Velvet Lounge access and general admission)
Tickets are available through www.proartstickets.org or 412.394.3353

Just Missed on Tour
Attack Theatre's Peter Kope, Michele de la Reza, Tom Pirozzi and Rachel Golub traveled to New Paltz, NY last week for multiple performances of Some Assembly Required at the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art for audiences of all ages in the galleries. This ninety-minute interactive performance highlighted the art, high energy dance, brain twisting improvisation structures, lively debate and musical duets for violin and electric bass.
The company enjoyed a return engagement to Slippery Rock University conducting residencies and in-studio performances for the dance department.
In the Schools
Attack Theatre also performed at Markham Elementary School in Mt. Lebanon. With teaching artist Kristin McClintock, they are currently working with fourth grade classes to integrate dance into the Physical Education curriculum.
