Inspired by the images of film noir and "stock" characters of this genre Typeset combines exaggerated movement gestures, audio clips from 1940s movies and a manual typewriter into a humorous look at writers and their movie start muses. A drawn gun, the jilted lover, the eyelash-batting femme fatale, the suave gentleman, the swarthy sinister... all became subjects of investigation.
