Soul Groove: Remembrance, Reclamation, and Return

Thursday December 4, 2025 | 6 - 7:30pm

Experience the Magic on the Last Supermoon of 2025!

Join us at Attack Theatre for a truly special movement experience: Soul Groove, facilitated by two Pittsburgh natives: Tony-nominated Broadway choreographer Garrett Murray Coleman and renowned producer and multi-instrumentalist Drew Bayura.

This powerful class lands on Thursday, December 4, 2025, the night of the year's last full supermoon—the Cold Moon. As the moon shines its brightest in the longest, darkest nights of the year, it offers a powerful moment for reflection and turning inward. What better time to connect with your deepest self?

Soul Groove is an invitation to resource ourselves in challenging times. It is an individual and community ritual, bridging body, mind, and soul through creative movement, sound, and art-making.

What to Expect:

  • Anam Rince Movement Lab: This 'soul groove' offering comes from Garrett Coleman's anam rince movement lab, in association with ANAM, a community exploring the essence of Celtic and indigenous cultural art forms.

  • Healing and Connection: Reclaim your story and reconnect with your inner rhythm through this unique blend of creative practice.

Who Should Attend?

  • All bodies are welcome! No formal dance or art experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to move.
