Join Attack Theatre at Children's Museum of Pittsburgh for an interactive and kinesthetic approach to the museum's newest exhibition, Rube Goldberg: The World of Hilarious Invention. Through creative movement workshops participants will explore the cause and effect world of Rube Goldberg's complicated contraptions. Attack Theatre company dancers become the components of a Creative Movement Machine for participants to assemble during each session.
In no fewer than 30 steps, Attack Theatre presents a simple way to bring two people together. Inspiration drawn from the ingeniously complicated world of Rube Goldberg collides with J.S. Bach’s Goldberg Variations to create a complex chain of events that illuminate a whimsical side to the machinations of everyday life.
