Ageless Groove with Tricia Kohler

Join us for Ageless Groove, a vibrant and fun dance class all about celebrating rhythm and the pure joy of dancing! Perfect for those 50 and better, this class features fantastic music from the 60s all the way to today. Come groove with us at our lively Ageless Groove dance party every Monday at Attack Theatre Dance Studios—we can't wait to see you there!
Beginner Modern with Ethan Gwynn
Tuesdays | June 17 - August 26 | 6pm - 7:15pm
This class will cover key elements of modern dance technique, such as suspension and release, fall and recovery, the utilization of momentum, and integrating breath with movement. Dancers will have the opportunity to explore innovative movement patterns through combinations, floor work, partnering, and various improvisation techniques.
MoveFusion with Tess Dally
Saturdays | June 21 - August 30 | 11am - 12:15pm
Join us for a fun and welcoming modern dance class that's open to everyone—whether you have a disability or not! It's a great chance to explore modern dance techniques together, share your unique movement styles, and celebrate what makes you special. We'll try out improvisation, contact work, and collaborative choreography, all in a supportive and creative space where everyone’s voice is valued.

*The showcase portion of the workshop is not mandatory, but we do encourage all participants to attend and support!

Then, on May 31st at 4PM, we invite you to join us in the studio space again for the much-anticipated screening and release of COPE: A (Virtual) Multimedia Experience! If you missed it live, this is your chance! If you liked it the first time and want to see it from a new perspective, come check it out! Either way, we hope to see you there!

The HOW DO YOU COPE (HDYC) Project, a project that advocates for mental health and domestic violence awareness, officially launched on October 4th, 2024, with a Multimedia Experience and Resource Lounge set at Attack Theatre Studios. The HDYC Project continues now through events and workshops around the Pittsburgh area, encouraging people to "COPE through their medium".
